Yes, we provide complimentary no-obligation quotes for most residential and commercial work. For complex jobs that require detailed design or site surveys, a small scoping fee may apply and is credited back against the project if the work proceeds.

Small works are typically quoted on a fixed-price basis for clarity. Larger projects use a combination of itemised labour, materials, and design time with a clearly documented variation process if scope changes during delivery.

For domestic work, a 30 percent deposit is payable on acceptance of the quotation. Progress payments apply at pre-agreed milestones for longer projects, with the balance due on completion.

Yes. All work is carried out by NSW-licensed electrical contractors. We hold public liability insurance to twenty million dollars, and certificates of currency are available on request.

Yes. A Certificate of Compliance for Electrical Work (CCEW) is issued for applicable works, lodged with the distributor, and a copy provided to you for your records.

Workmanship is warranted for 12 months from completion. Manufacturer warranties apply separately to installed equipment.

We design and install systems using Control4, Dynalite, Clipsal C-Bus, Loxone, and integrated Apple Home, Google Home, and Home Assistant setups. The right platform depends on the scope of the home and the client's existing ecosystem.

Yes, in most cases. We assess the existing wiring, switchboard capacity, and wall box depths before proposing a retrofit. Heritage homes may require extra planning to preserve wall finishes.

Our default recommendation is Dahua for most residential and light-commercial installs, with Hikvision and Uniview used where the project calls for it. All systems are deployed with on-site NVRs for reliable 4K recording and long retention.

Small domestic jobs can usually be scheduled within one to two weeks. New-build electrical works should be booked a month or more ahead to align with your builder's programme. For renovation electrical, contact us as early as possible, ideally before demolition begins.
